How it works

Built to run
without you chasing it.

01

Scoping call

We ask about your team, your current challenges, your sector, and what you need to be able to report. No pitch until we know it fits.

02

Proposal and confirmation

You receive a written proposal with the recommended level, pricing, delivery timeline, and scope boundary. Invoice raised on confirmation. Access granted on payment.

03

Onboarding and access

Staff are added to the platform. Live session is scheduled. WhatsApp broadcast is set up. The system is live within one working week.

04

Embedding period

Weekly practice prompts delivered automatically. Monthly Q&A open to all licence clients. No chasing required from you — the system runs.

05

Review and renewal

At month 11 of an annual licence we schedule a review call. We look at what has changed, what the data shows, and what the next 12 months should include.

"The system is the infrastructure. Not Tyler in the room every time."

Most behaviour training companies sell days. We sell infrastructure. Once it is installed, it runs — WhatsApp prompts arrive on Monday morning whether or not Tyler has had a good week.

Consistency is a system problem, not a motivation problem.

  • Leading Staff consistency, training completion, prompt engagement, practice frequency
  • Lagging Incident reduction, restraint reduction, staff confidence, organisational stability
