Refund Policy
Level 1 — Foundation (£995 flat fee / £197 per person)
Level 1 is a self-guided digital programme with lifetime access. A 14-day refund window applies from the date of purchase, subject to module access as detailed below.

Level 2 — Embedded (£3,500–£8,500)
Level 2 is a live-delivered programme. Refunds are calculated based on the notice period prior to the confirmed first training day.

Travel and accommodation: Travel and accommodation costs, where applicable, are non-refundable once booked. This is confirmed in writing before any booking is made.
Postponements: One free postponement is available with more than 2 weeks' notice. A second reschedule incurs a 20% administration fee on the original booking value.
NVR Parenting Programme (£500 introductory price)
The NVR Parenting Programme is a 12-week live group programme, capped at 20 parents per cohort, delivered via Google Meet.
If you are purchasing as an individual for personal, non-business use, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, provided the programme has not started. If you ask for your place to begin within 14 days of payment, you are expressly requesting early performance of the service; once the programme has started, refunds are calculated pro-rata as set out below rather than in full.

Missed sessions: If a participant misses a session, it cannot be individually refunded. Session materials and a recap will be provided so the participant can continue with the programme.
If Grounded Training Ltd needs to cancel or reschedule a cohort: any affected session will be rescheduled at no extra cost, or a pro-rata refund will be provided if the programme cannot proceed.
AI Efficiency Audit (£1,200)
The AI Efficiency Audit is a fixed-scope engagement.

AI Implementation Services
AI implementation projects are governed by the terms set out in the individual project agreement provided at the time of engagement. Refund terms will be specified in that document.
How to request a refund
All refund requests must be made in writing to hello@stay-grounded.co.uk. Please include your name, order reference or date of purchase, and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of a valid request being approved.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
