Grounded Training Ltd operates stay-grounded.co.uk, serving both organisational clients and individual parents through the NVR Parenting Programme. Our contact email is hello@stay-grounded.co.uk.

What data we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, contact details, and any information you choose to share, such as your organisation's name or your child's age, when you submit an enquiry through one of our contact forms. We do not currently use tracking cookies, advertising platforms, or analytics software that stores personal data.

How we use your data

We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client or programme participant, to administer your programme, licence, or audit. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form processing service, in order to deliver your enquiry to us by email. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how it handles data in transit.

Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Client and programme participant records are retained for 6 years in line with HMRC requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@stay-grounded.co.uk.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@stay-grounded.co.uk. If you have a concern about how we handle your data you may also contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.
